Grant of Rights: Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide right to synchronize "F.U.N." (performed by Country Rock Kidd) into a single, specific online video production or vlog episode.

Permitted Uses & Monetization: Authorizes single-project visual sync and creator partner program monetization (such as YouTube Partner Program) strictly for the designated production.

Strict Restrictions: Valid for one project only. No standalone audio redistribution, no master ownership transfer, no unlawful use, and no remixing or altering of the master recording.
